Q: My landlord accpted 200.00 for january told us grass cutting was included in rent told me nothing will be done except emergency: he also has a vehicle sitting in my front yard he was suppose to move back in november when we moved in,now termite poop on my oven every morning when I wake up. He has done nothing he promised to do. Gave him 1,000.00 security deposit and will only take cash as rent payment. where do I begin? He is threatning us with sheriffs?

Q: What are my options?: I am disabled and live on 2nd floor of Senior apt complex. Elevator has broken down twice in 2 wks. First time a woman was stuck for 2 hours and 2nd time a couple was stuck for 15 min and called 911 to get them out, Inspection Sticker has exp. The office is aware of the problems with the elevator. When the elevator is broken I am stuck in my apt. I missed a Dr apt today because elevator is still broken.
